All submissions must fill in an online enrollment form individually, and upload the entry artwork(s) at the same time to our online platform on or before the deadline 3rd November 2008. (Click here to submit)

Each entrant can submit more than one submission to the Organizer. However, no duplicated submission is welcomed.

The artwork(s) should illustrate an environmental theme with the message of "Wish a Green World this Xmas" to raise public awareness on our degrading environment of Hong Kong or worldwide.

4.

Sound effects and music for the e-Card could be included but it is optional.

5.

The format for the final artwork should be computer-generated works: animated GIF or SWF (Flash).

6.

The dimensions for the final artwork should be 450 pixels wide by 300 pixels high, at 72 dpi resolution, and the file size should be no larger than 400 KB.
