Air pollution is costing our health and the blue sky. As
we all know, burning coal is the biggest source of air pollution
in Hong Kong. However, the two electricity companies ( CLP
Group and Hongkong Electric Holdings Ltd) have been evading
their responsibilities in protecting our environment.
The SAR government is recruiting views on "Consultation
Paper on Future Development of the Electricity Market in
Hong Kong"
This round of consultation matters not only in the sense that it involves a 15-year contract with electricity companies, but it also has decisive influences on the quality of air we breathe in.
We need your participation to stand up for the clean air that we deserve.
