我國濕地科學的先驅者-- 東北師範大學教授郎惠卿

Prof.
Lang Hui-qing, specialising in biogeography,
wetland habitat research, and nature conservation,
is a leading academic of wetland habitat
research in China.
She is also a judging committee member
of the nation's protected regions managed
under the State Environmental Protection
Administration, a nature conservation
consultant for Jilin Provincial Environmental
Protection Bureau, and a consultant for
the Wetland Monitoring Stations of the
State Forestry Administration.
Her research on China's wetland has spanned
over 40 years, and she has published more
than 120 theses and academic journals
both in China and overseas.
Prof. Lang is well respected throughout
China for her strong determination to
protect China's natural habitats. In 1998,
she was the only voice to oppose against
the construction of a railway station
within a protected region in Guizhou.
The authority listened to her views and
finally changed the location of the railway
station.
In 1999, Prof. Lang was named a "Pioneer
in Scientific Research for Nature Conservation",
which was awarded by four national bureaus.
In 2003, FoE (HK) presented the Earth
Award to Prof. Lang in recognition of
her immense contribution to nature conservation
in China. |

郎惠卿是東北師範大學教授，多年從事植物地理學、濕地生態學和保護生物學方面的教學和科研工作，是我國濕地生態研究的權威。兼任國家環境保護總局國家級自然保護區評審委員，吉林省環境保護局環境保護顧問，國家林業局濕地監測研究中心顧問。多年來勤奮治學，恪盡職守，在人才培養，科學研究、自然保護區，特別是濕地研究和保護事業做出了巨大的貢獻。
從上世紀60年代初，在紅軍長征時跋涉過的若爾蓋濕草地科研開始，40餘年來，考察足跡遍佈祖國的千山萬水。在考察的基礎亡，在國內外學術刊物上發表論文120餘篇。
在擔任國家級自然保護區評審專家的10多年裏，她每次到保擴區考察，都親自完成所有工作，登高山、進森林、趟河過江、入沼洋地，風雨無阻。例如1996年，國家環保總局組織評審17個保護區。
她在工作中不僅克服了許多困難，對於破壞和危害自然保護區的現象敢於堅持原則，大膽直諫，真正做到能用科學的觀點分析研究，為國家決策提供重要的科學參考。例如，1998年，國家擬在貴州省威甯草海自然保護區內修建火車站，就站址一事，國家環保局邀請郎教授和幾位專家評審，會上專家意見分歧很大，有些專家表示支援，而她堅持反對，在會上明確了自己的觀點，認真分析了在草海保護區建立火車站的危害。最終，國家同意了改變草海火車站地址的建議。這充分體現一個科學家的使命感和責任感。由於郎教授在自然保護區方面的突出貢獻，1999年，被國家環保總局、國家農業部、國家國土資源部、國家林業局聯合表彰為「全國自然保護區科研先進個人獎」。
2003年她榮獲了「地球獎」，她認為是一個神聖的獎項，是當代環境和生態工作者的最高榮譽。他之所以神聖，是因致力於環境保護、保護地球、保護人類生活的環境，我們需要做的工作還太多太多。我們企盼並為之竭盡全力的是：山更青、水更綠、天更藍、林密草豐、百鳥齊鳴、百花爭豔．我們有理由相信如果所有的地球人成?我們家園的園丁，我們賴以生存的地球就不再千瘡百孔，鷹擊長空，魚翔淺底，萬類霜天競自由就再也不是虛幻的世界!

Since
1991, Yuan has been a volunteer actively
promoting environmental protection in
Zhejiang when he was an undergraduate
student at Zhejiang Agricultural University.
He founded the province's first green
volunteer group "Green Zhejiang",
gathered efforts to form Zhejiang's first
bird-watching group, organised various
environmental protection activities for
the Students' Green Resource Association
of Zhejiang University, and established
Zhejiang's green charity website: www.greenzj.com.
In 2002 his "Green Zhejiang"
was chosen one of the top ten youth projects
of Zhejiang, and the committee for environmental
protection of Zhejinag University was
nominated a pioneer for the protection
of the "Mother River" Yuan himself
was awarded an outstanding volunteer for
Zhejiang in 2001, and an exceptional green
charity worker of the province in 2002.
Yuan places great emphasis on training
students to plan and to organise green
charity activities, and on raising their
general awarensess of environmental protection. |

阮俊華，自1991年進入原浙江農業大學學習以來，一直以一名青年志願者的身份積極開展環境保護實踐活動。他歷經多年倡議發起成立了全國第一家省級青年志願者協會的專業性分會及浙江省第一家環保志願者組織「綠色浙江」，倡議發起成立浙江省第一個野外觀鳥小組「綠色浙江觀鳥小組」，創建浙江大學綠之源協會（校級環保社團），組建綠色浙江高校聯盟並積極指導各高校環保社團開展形式多樣的環保活動，創建浙江省環保公益網站「綠色浙江」網站
(www.greenzj.com)，所負責的「綠色浙江」環境教育專案獲2002年浙江省十大青年工作創新獎，所負責的浙江大學環境與資源學院團委榮獲2002年度全國保護母親河先進集體,曾獲評2002年杭州市首屆十大環保公益使者、2001年度浙江省十大傑出青年志願者、2000年度浙江省社會實踐先進個人等榮譽稱號。
作為一名高校學生思想教育工作者，阮俊華一直強調，環境素養是大學生綜合素質的組成部分，當代大學生不能缺少環境素養。於是他有意識地策劃組織一些環保實踐活動，提高大學生們的環境意識。
