Housing Estates If there are our Used Clothes Recycling Banks in your housing estate, you may put the scraped CDs directly into the CD recycling box. Check for the location of our Used Clothes Recycling Banks 2. A large volume CDs If there is no room in your nearest recycling bank, and you have more than 1,000 CDs for recycling,  please call 2528-5588 for door-to-door collection options. 3. 3 colored waste separation bins EPD announced that the 3 colored waste separation bins are broadened to accept other recyclables, including CDs and other plastic material. For the exact public accessible locations of the 3 colored waste separation bins, please visit Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.
