Awards with Eco-Drive Watches (sponsored by Citizen) will be presented to the three teams/individuals, which raise the highest additional donation.
* Participants joining for the first time MUST attend either one of the two sessions. Number cloth and T-shirt will be distributed during the briefing sessions.

Our event aims to convey the message of nature conservation. The competition is only a way to enhancement through entertainment and excitement. The Organizer will do their best in upholding the fairness on event rundown and regulations. Your understanding in any shortcomings that might arise will be highly appreciated.
   
 
 
If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.3 or above, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is/are issued at 6:30 a.m. or Thunderstorm Warning will last until 9:00 a.m. on the event day announced by the Hong Kong Observatory, the event will be cancelled. A tree-planting activity will be arranged by the Organizer for participants as a substitute on 29 April 2012. The activities will be cancelled if it is bad weather again on the substitution day. All donations will NOT be refunded.

Organization may cancel the event based on the weather and safety conditions of the event location. Please pay attention to the announcement on the event website or check with the Organizer at 9547-4314.
   
 
 

Once the application is confirmed, team leader cannot be replaced otherwise the team will be disqualified. Team member replacement is not allowed in Individual session.

For those who want to replace a team member(s), please visit your own Challengers page for the online replacement process, or fill in the "Team Member Replacement Form" and submit to the Organizer on 11-13 Apr 2012 by fax (number: 2529 2777) or email (tpc@foe.org.hk) for approval.

The team member list will be updated on 16 April. Please visit TPC website for verification. If the information is incorrect, please contact the Organizer on or before 19 April.

No team member replacement is accepted after the above period or on the event day.
   
   
  Awards
The Outstanding Tree Planting Team
The most efficient teams in each category will be awarded Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up with trophies.
The Smartest Tree Planting Team
Five teams / individuals design the most creative, user-friendly and environmental-friendly methods to deliver the seedlings.
Charity Tree Planting Award
Three teams and individuals, who raised the highest additional donation will be awarded Gold, Silver, Bronze with Eco-Drive Watches(sponsored by Citizen).
(Individual must raise HK$1,500 or more additional donation; while teams must raise HK$6,000 or more additional donation)
Corporate Charity Cup
The most efficient Corporate Charity Team will be awarded Champion, First Runner-up and Second Runner-up.

Awards Presentation Ceremony
Awards Presentation Ceremony of ¡§The Outstanding Tree Planting Team¡¨ , ¡§The Smartest Tree Planting Team¡¨ and ¡§Corporate Charity Cup¡¨ will be held at the Finishing Point once winners of the category are confirmed. The Organizer will remind the winners of ceremony arrangement. Winners who are absent from the ceremony will forfeit the entitlement.
 
Certificates
Certificates of Achievement: will be awarded to participants who complete the tree-planting task and hiking course within 6 hours
Team certificates: will be awarded to the teams whose all four members must complete the tree-planting task and hiking course within 6 hours. Ranking will be qualified to these teams.

# Please be noted: There will not be certificate for those teams cannot finish with his/her entire team.
 
Remarks
* Only individuals / teams that complete all tasks required and in compliance with the organizer's instructions are eligible for ranking or prizes. The Organizer reserves the right for any final decision.
* The arrival time of the last team member gives the finishing time of a team.
