Enrollment starts: 8 February 2012 (Online application starts at 10am)

Enrollment deadline:16 March 2012 (Postal application based on postmark; online application closed at 6pm)

Once the application is confirmed, team leader cannot be replaced otherwise the team will be disqualified. Team member replacement is not allowed in Individual session.

All donations are non-refundable once the application is confirmed.
|

The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Enrollment methods:
The quota for the All Teams has been filled. Thank you for your support! If there is any withdrawal, the place will be given to the one on top of the waiting list. The organizer will inform those on the waiting list when a place is made available.

Hand in minimum donation methods:
- By Bank Deposit/Transfer (Please deposit your donation to ¡¥Friends of the Earth (HK) Charity Ltd.¡¦ (HSBC 567-320437-002). Please fax (2529-2777) or email (tpc@foe.org.hk) the transaction slip and the form to us.
- We accept crossed cheques. Please make the cheque payable to "Friends of the Earth (HK) Charity Ltd.". Please do not send cash by post. Promissory note will not be accepted.

After receiving the minimum donation, Organizer will confirm the participant right via email. If you do not receive confirmation by 2 working days, please contact us by 2528-5588.

For unsuccessful applicants, the Organizer will return the cheque by post without further notice.
|

Participants have to submit the donation form if donation receipt is needed. Official receipts will be provided to those with donations amount HK$ 100 or above. Donation receipts will be issued and posted to team leader in July to August |

Participants can continue to raise donations after submitting their minimum donations. To be qualified in competing for the Charity Tree Planting Award, all additional donations & donation form must be sent to Friends of the Earth (HK) on or before 31 May 2012.
