Green Finance Connect
|
|
Serving as a pioneer to promote Green Finance in Hong Kong, FoE (HK) organised a Green Finance Forum titled "Green Finance Connect” on 8 July. The forum featured our upcoming Green Finance road map in Hong Kong, a sharing session from industry practitioners and a panel discussion about the future of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). FoE (HK), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Lombard Odier also pledged together to incubate local Green Finance Human Capital in the ceremony.

Sustainability Leadership Seminar
|
|
Organised by Centre for Business Sustainability of CUHK and co-organised by FoE (HK), a seminar titled "CSR Impact on Firm Outcomes: Taking Stock of Research and Future Outlook” was successfully held on 16 Jul and we were pleased to have Dr Caroline Flammer, Associate Professor of Strategy & Innovation, Boston University, as guest speaker to share some insights of the tactics for improving firm value with business practitioners.

Less Misuse, Less Waste
|
To encourage the public to adopt a greener lifestyle and raise their awareness of environmental protection in their daily lives, FoE (HK) organised a campaign called "Less Misuse, Less Waste” on our social media platforms. Through this event, we hope that the public will be willing to rethink their actual "needs” and reduce the use of excessive resources.

Date: 11 Jul – 9 Aug
How to participate: Upload your photo to Instagram and hashtag #foehk寧棄莫濫挑戰週 and the different challenges for every week. Participants will have the opportunity of being awarded environmentally friendly gifts.
