近年來，咖啡文化盛行，不少文青喜歡到咖啡店消遣，喝杯咖啡，輕鬆一下。不少人更會在家用上膠囊咖啡機，自製一杯咖啡。製造商會把咖啡粉密封在以塑膠和鋁製成的膠囊中，務求把咖啡粉保持於最新鮮的狀態，用家只需將放入膠囊咖啡機，按一下就能沖泡出一杯濃縮咖啡。
