財政司司長今日公布新一份財政預算案。【香港地球之友】歡迎政府將「政府綠色債券計劃」的借款上限提升一倍至2000億元、增加私家車的首次登記稅和牌照費，以紓緩交通擠塞問題，並投放五億元優化郊野公園設施。但本會對於預算案只提供短期援助，卻沒有對迫在眉睫的氣候變化危機作出應對措施，感到遺憾。

財政司司長今日公布任內最後一份財政預算案，預算的重點一如預期集中於應對新冠疫情。【香港地球之友】歡迎政府將繼續發行綠色債券及提供首批供市民認購的綠色零售債券，為「EV屋苑充電易資助計劃」額外注資15億元，並加強沿海地區應對氣候變化的適應措施。然而，【香港地球之友】仍然對政府就長遠減碳欠缺具體行動表示非常失望。
